Tower Technician / Climber
Erect and service towers of every type; antenna, coax, and small-cell install. Comtrain climb & rescue.

Electrician (Journeyman / Apprentice)
Commercial and telecom electrical — A/C & D/C power, grounding, control wiring.

Generator Technician
Install, test, and service engine-generator systems, transfer switches, and fuel systems.

Groundhand / Laborer
Support crews on site — rigging, materials, civil/dirt work, site cleanup.

Crew Foreman
Lead a field crew; own safety, quality, and schedule on the build.
What we look for
The right people
- Comtrain climb & rescue certification (or willingness to certify)
- OSHA 10 / 30 safety training
- Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
- Willingness to travel across the Southwest
- A drug-free, safety-first work ethic
