What you'll need

  1. Completed W-9

    Current IRS Form W-9 for your business.

  2. Certificate of Insurance (COI)

    General Liability, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation meeting our coverage requirements.

  3. Contractor / electrical licenses

    Applicable state licenses for the work and states you cover.

  4. Safety documentation

    OSHA training records, written safety program, and EMR.

  5. Trade references

    Recent references for comparable telecom / electrical / power work.
